As a lover and collector of retro games I knew I would eventually do a project focused on Gameboy. For about a month I carved out time after work to complete this. For the game choice I picked something that I spent a lot of time playing as a kid. Modeling was done in Maya with minor additions in ZBrush. Texturing was via Substance Painter with a bit of Photoshop & Illustrator work for the logos and labels.
